WHERAS: 2023 marks the 150th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police;

WHEREAS: The Royal Canadian Legion advocatess for the care and benefits for all who served Canada, regardless of when and where they served. The Legion also provides representation and assistance to Veterans, and makes significant positive changes in their lives; NOW THEREFORE: The Council of the Town of Gravelbourg does hereby declare September 17-23, 2023 as "National Legion Week" in Gravelbourg.
