Arnaud Scaillerez is an associate professor in human resource management at the School of Public Administration at the University of Moncton. He conducts research on telework, collaborative workspaces, or even the four-day workweek from the perspectives of well-being at work or the impact of these new forms of work organization on rural areas.

To succeed in recruitment in Canada, as well as in one's career, understanding the legal standards that apply is an asset. This training aims to provide an overview of the main standards that apply throughout the employment relationship between an organization, its future recruits, and its employees.

The objectives of this workshop will be to:

- Better understand the main recruitment standards in Canada

- Master the legal standards related to managing one's career and development

- Better understand one's rights and obligations as an employee.
