July 30 PDWA REsCINDED. Scheduled Town-wide water disruption on August 12, 2026

July 30 PDWA rescinded. Users may resume normal water consumption. PLEASE NOTE: Water service will be shut off for all Gravelbourg residents and users on August 12 at 8:00 pm to accommodate the tie-in of the new water main to the water plant. Water service should resume by 6:00 am on Thursday, August 13.

A Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) will be in effect for all users from August 13 until the water meets regulatory standards. The Town will issue updates on all its communication channels.

ATTN: Bulk Fill Water Customers

The Gravelbourg Water Treatment Plant bulk fill station will be closed from August 5-17. Please fill up your tanks and ensure you have an alternative source of potable water.

UPDATE: The Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory issued on July 30 has ended. Users may return to normal water consumption habits. Please note that there is a planned outage on August 12th from approx. 8 pm to 6. There will be a PDWA when the water is turned back on August 13th until the Town receives notice of recindment. 

UPDATE: Due to an unexpected water shut-off that occurred during work on the watermain infrastructure upgrade project, Gravelbourg's water distribution system will be under a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory until further notice. Paper notices were delivered to every household. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
