Constructed between 1926-1927, the Gravelbourg Court House is one of five similar court houses in Saskatchewan influenced by Colonial styles and built from a standard plan. The others are at Wynyard, Shaunavon, Assiniboia, and Melfort. Located along a full block of Gravelbourg's Main Street, the Court House now acts as the Town Office. The former courtroom is where the Town Council meets to make decisions on behalf of Gravelbourg residents. Though no longer in use, the original judge's bench, jury box, and witness stand remain intact.
