Water/Sewer Work

In preparation for the water main replacement project, some sewer cleaning and four spot repairs will begin this week (October 15-21). There will be no disruption to water or sewer services, and minor traffic impacts will be experienced at the repair locations, which will be completed by open excavation. The road surface will be replaced for the winter with cold mix asphalt and maintained by the Town. Following the sewer cleaning and spot repairs, the sanitary sewer will be structurally lined and reinforced with Cured-In-Place Pipe at a later date.  

The Town will host two open houses this fall to provide more information about the overall project, background, schedules, impacts, and contacts. The first of these open houses will take place at 7 pm on Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Parish Hall (114 1st Ave W). Join us for discussions and meet the Engineering Consultants (Associated Engineering) and the General Contractor (Bullin Construction).
