Presented by the Association communautaire fransaskois de Gravelbourg for Gravelbourg Culture Days.
This intercultural gathering will celebrate the cultural diversity of Gravelbourg by bringing community members together through food, music, and traditional clothing.
Participants will have the opportunity to discover different cultural traditions represented in our community, enjoy a multicultural dinner, listen to live music, and learn about the stories and significance behind traditional clothing.
The event will provide an opportunity for community members of all backgrounds to connect, share their cultures, and celebrate the diversity that makes Gravelbourg a welcoming and vibrant community.
Schedule:
6:00–7:00 p.m. – Multicultural Dinner: A variety of dishes representing different cultural backgrounds in our community. ($15 per person; children 12 and under free)
Free Program:
7:00–8:00 p.m. – Live Music: Performance by Scott Richmond
8:15–9:00 p.m. – Traditional Clothing Showcase: Community members will be invited to wear traditional clothing from their countries of origin and present their outfits and the cultural significance behind them.
